1. Research design

Each ropeway cable car is customized. The company that undertakes the ropeway construction will conduct detailed terrain surveys and select the corresponding ropeway system to design the construction plan that meets the requirements of the capital.

2. The foundation of the construction platform is simply digging, digging large holes, and fried when necessary, and then build a concrete platform in the cave. Whether it is the tower in the middle of the ropeway or the terminal at both ends, the solid concrete foundation is required. The assembled tower parts will be transported to the location of the concrete platform by the helicopter, and use bolts to connect through the workers on the ground.

4. Cable rope

The process of building a cable is quite complicated. First of all, the terminal at both ends of the ropeway will approach as much as possible (yes, the terminal of the ropeway can be moved). This process is called DE-TENSION to ensure that the cable is not carried by the rope (the cable is finished, everything is ready, everything is ready In the future, the terminal will be moved back to the normal position, so as to pull the cable straight).

5. Overall debugging

Remember the roller wheels that are preliminary when assembling the tower? It's time to let them completely align. This fine work usually lasts one week to two weeks. After the debugging is over, the ropeway can be loaded. Installation of the carriage is also a complex process. Different cable cars will have different types of delay cable structures.
